Client controls access
The psychologist sees only what the client allows
Manage clients, notes, sessions, homework, questionnaires, and analytics from the Scarb app in one secure workspace. See more context between sessions – only with the client's consent.

Client data is only revealed with their consent. Scarb Space follows a GDPR-ready and ISO 27001-ready approach.
A psychologist may use a notebook, Word documents, Google Drive, a calendar, messengers, forms, questionnaires, homework, and separate notes after each session. This works while there are few clients. Over time, preparing for sessions, finding old records, reviewing homework, and working with questionnaires takes too much effort.

Mood over the week
What happened between sessions?
Between meetings it is hard to see changes in mood, state, and important client events
A psychologist does not need a system with dozens of mandatory fields. They need a simple space that truly saves time
In Space you can manage clients, create notes, plan sessions, assign homework, send questionnaires, view analytics from the Scarb app, and use an AI assistant to prepare for sessions.
Scarb Space is built to handle sensitive information. That's why access to client data is built around consent, clear permissions, an access log, and the ability to revoke access at any time
The psychologist doesn't see "everything" – only what the client has allowed: for example, mood trends, completed exercises, questionnaire results, or select diary notes. If a client hasn't opened a given data type, Scarb Space doesn't show it as "empty" – the system clearly explains that access hasn't been granted
Scarb Space is built around granular permissions, the ability to revoke access at any time, an audit log, and a clear separation between offline clients and linked clients

Consent-first
Client data is never opened automatically. The client confirms access in the Scarb app.
Granular permissions
A client can open only select data types – for example, mood and tasks, but not the journal.
Audit log
Records who had access to which data, and when.
Revoke anytime
The client can revoke access at any moment.
A session is just one hour. Scarb Space helps you see what happened between meetings: mood, exercises, homework, questionnaires, and select journal entries

Between sessions, a client can use the Scarb app: complete check-ins, do exercises, keep a journal, fill out questionnaires, and complete homework. If they grant permission, you see the data they've allowed in Scarb Space.
This helps you get up to speed faster, prepare better for the meeting, and understand more precisely what actually works for this particular person.
Not every client uses the app right away. That is why Scarb Space lets you create profiles for every client: both those already connected to Scarb and those you manage without digital analytics.
For clients who do not use Scarb
For clients who connected Scarb and gave permission.
Access to data doesn't open automatically. The client confirms the connection in the app and chooses what to share

A client profile is a psychologist's workspace. It shows the next session, notes, tags, homework, questionnaire results, mood dynamics, and concise AI summaries.

During the session, we explored fear of judgment from others and beliefs such as “I will look awkward” or “Everyone will notice that I am anxious.” The client noted that anxiety intensifies especially before public speaking, meeting new people, and conversations with unfamiliar people.
During the week, note situations where self-critical thoughts appear:
Assign exercises, techniques, journaling tasks, or your own instructions. They appear in the Scarb app, and you can see what was completed, when, and with what effect – if the client has shared access to this information.

Ready-made techniques from the Scarb library
Breathing exercises, body regulation, stabilisation, journaling, stress work, sleep, and focus.
A psychologist's own task
For example: observation, journaling, a cognitive experiment, or an exercise between sessions.

A task can be assigned for a specific day or period.
Recurring tasks
For example: a daily short entry, mood tracker, or practice before sleep.
Completion review
The psychologist sees the status: completed, partial, missed, or inactive.
Choose a questionnaire, send it to the client in the app, and receive the result in your workspace. Scarb Space automatically calculates scores, shows trends, and saves results to the client profile.

Interpretation
The questionnaire results indicate a moderate level of anxiety. Compared to the previous result, the score has improved, which may indicate a positive trend and a gradual reduction in symptom intensity.
Result history
For anxiety, depression, burnout, and other states tracked in the app.
The psychologist can choose a tool for a specific need.
Assign questionnaires again after 2 weeks, a month, or another period.
The system shows the result, the trend, and the previous/current state.
All results are saved to the client profile.
The AI doesn't make diagnoses, prescribe medication, or make decisions on the psychologist's behalf. All recommendations are food for thought – the final decision always stays with the specialist.
If a client uses Scarb and connects you as their psychologist, you can message them in a secure chat. It keeps important messages from getting lost across different messengers.

Create sessions, view your day or week, receive reminders, and sync meetings with Google or Apple Calendar.
Scarb Space can be used for a psychologist's private practice as well as for work within a psychology company, clinic, or corporate programme. Data and contexts stay clearly separated, so private and corporate clients are not mixed.
For psychologists who manage their own clients and use Scarb Space independently.
For psychologists connected by a psychology company, clinic, or corporate partner.

For those in private practice who want clients, notes, and tasks in one place.
For specialists who work long-term and want to see progress between sessions.
For working with questionnaires, homework, thoughts, behavioural experiments, and changes in wellbeing.
For cases where it is important to see how a client is doing between sessions, support adaptation, and keep the context.
For specialists who work with company employees or through psychology partners.
For those who want less manual work and more structure without a complicated CRM.
Scarb Space is built with security at its core: from the moment a client connects to viewing notes, analytics, AI suggestions, and the access log.

Access & security
Active permissions
Scarb Space works on a principle of minimally necessary access. The psychologist only sees the data needed for their work, and only what the client has allowed. Every critical action stays transparent: access requests, confirmations, revocations, permission changes, and data views.
GDPR-ready
Transparent data handling, client consent, and the ability to manage and revoke access.
ISO 27001-ready
An information security approach: access control, risk management, logging, and protection of sensitive information.
Audit log
Records key actions: who accessed which data, and when.
Permission history
A history of permission changes: what was opened, when it changed, when it was revoked.
Partial access
If a client has opened only part of their data, the system honestly shows partial access.
Data minimization
External integrations and calendars never show more information than necessary.

No. You can create client cards and keep notes even without connecting the client to the app.
We'll show you the client card, notes, homework, questionnaires, AI session prep, and consent-based access to client data.
Less chaos between sessions. More clarity before every meeting. Full control over data access.
